The company (formerly RETRIM – CZ, spol. s r.o.,renamed in January 2011) has been active on the Czech market since 1993 as a producer of glass safety sheets for the automotive industry. Since 2004 the company has been a part of the American chemical corporation DuPont.

Production of Butacite®G PVB (polyvinyl butyral) sheet. The product is 100 % recycled, representing an environmentally friendly alternative to original PVB products produced by other companies.

Butacite®G PVB is produced in various shades of colour suitable for the automotive and construction industry (Clear, Coconut White, Dark Brown, Light Green, Light Blue) in various dimensions (thickness 0.38-1.52 mm, width 60-240 cm, length 250-500 m, packaging interleaved or refrigerated).
