Description of the company's activities
The company was established in 1992 as the successor to OPS and subsequently the state firm Elektro. The company specialised in the production and supply of typical and atypical low voltage switchboards up to 6300 A. The original facility in the historical town centre was becoming unsuitable for the expanding business. In 2000 production was moved to a renovated 4000 m2 facility in the town's industrial zone. In its 18 years of operation the company has become one of the leading producers in the Czech Republic. It has established its leading position as a supplier of switchboards for nuclear power, chemical, food production, automotive, machine and construction industries. Currently the company ensures complete delivery, from development, production, installation, programming, commissioning and inspection of its equipment and also provides maintenance and consulting services. Revenues in 2008 were CZK 180 million, of which one half was from foreign partners.
