Description of the company's activities
Industry Servis ZK company takes care of the preparation and operation of the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone. It dealt with the preparation of the locality and construction of the basic technical and transport infrastructure and it has also been operating a part of the constructed utilities. Industry Servis ZK significantly participates also in the search for investors. It operates its own project named Progress Technology Park. It is a complex of buildings in the area of the Zone where innovatively focused or starting-up companies can find suitable rental premises.
Business activity
The Holešov Industrial Zone is considering its size – 360 hectares – as one of the largest development areas in the Czech Republic. The prospective investors will be able to choose plots ranging in size from 0.5 to 100 hectares.
