The company was established in 1989 as a production cooperative which reorganised into joint stock corporation. Currently the company is located in Rokytnice u Slavičína and owns the production facility. Its two main production divisions include several independent production sites.

• The metalwork production and CNC sheet metal processing division includes: switchboard boxes, data boxes, HUP boxes, CNC sheet metal processing, powder coating, production of metal components and units.
• Technical rubber moulding and thermoplastics moulding division. The company has an in-house building construction centre.
